We are the largest retailer of above-ground pools and hot-tubs out of one location in the United States. We are also the largest volume patio casual-furniture dealer in Middle Tennessee. In addition, we sell and service, outdoor kitchens, grills, smokers, fire pits, fireplaces, bars, barstools, pool tables, shuffleboard tables video arcades, gazebos and so much more. We are in the process of expanding our operation. We are located between 3 of the fastest growing counties, (Davidson, Rutherford and Williamson) in the U.S. We are in search for aggressive, goal oriented, retail sales people who are interested in a position that's not only challenging but is fun.
Our sales people are the highest paid retail sales people in the industry as we are a $20 million operation that's still expanding.
We have a sales apprentice program that allows you to learn the business over one year and not starve in the process. We pay a $25,000 salary and monthly commission of 3% of goods sold. This enables you to earn while you learn. Once you've completed the training you are in a position to be a full commission Senior Sales Associate which earn $75,000-$125,000 yearly.
It's retail, so weekends and evenings are part of the equation. However, if you are willing to work hard and work fun it's a great opportunity for the right type of people.
