Client Services Associate Job Opening in Bismarck, North dakota - BlackRidgeBANK is currently looking for a full time Client Services Associate in Bismarck, ND. Position will be responsible for providing overall operational and general support to the Retail/Client Services department and team. Primary duties include but are not limited to performing teller transactions, opening both business and consumer deposit accounts, assisting with business online banking, and performing limited consumer lending. Position requires an Associates degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field and a minimum of two years of related experience in banking, cash management or related business with customer interaction and cash handling or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience performing consumer lending is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Individual must be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and oral communication skills as well as proven customer service skills. Must be highly efficient, computer proficient and able to multi-task.
