Sales and Customer Support Representative Job Opening in Edison, New jersey - Responsibilities:
Sales Support
Schedule Initial sales meeting/demo, i.e. phone call and email potential customers to setting up the first demo
Enter and maintain information in SalesForce
High-level of documentation of new opportunities ? details in the database
Conduct first demo for new leads as needed
Customer Support
Set-up new companies and users upon request
Provide Customer Support to all end users as well as Sales Personnel
Trouble-shoot and resolved end user issues
Provide Training to Sales Personnel and Distributors on all functionality and new features as they are released
Create How To Videos, documents, and blog content
Update End-user documentation as new functionality is released
Provide User feedback to Sales Manager, Product Manager and Business Team
Collect data on user feedback and issue topics
Work cross-functionally with internal team members.
Job Requirements
BA in Engineering a plus
Experience in construction industry or equipment
Self-motivated and adaptable person with a strong service orientation and ?do what it takes? attitude
Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Excellent organizational skills
Detail Oriented
Passion for working in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment, with the ability to demonstrate personal commitment and drive to set and exceed high standards
