We are looking for a friendly , computer/technical savvy , Customer Support Technician , with a positive attitude and excellent verbal/written communication skills to join our team. We are also a Security Company and have an Honor System in place, therefore Candidates must have completed at least a 4-year college education with a bachelor's degree , pass a criminal background check , and required to pass a comprehensive drug test .
This is a full time position , Monday-Friday 7am to 4pm .

Responsibilities:
Setup new customer accounts in our system
Train new customers over the phone on how to use our services
Spend up to 1 hour with each new customer over the phone, several calls per day
Answer incoming calls for login assistance, billing issues, and technical support
Respond to support inquiries via our Help Desk ticketing system
Data entry and perform data migrations
Troubleshoot customer problems
Complete orders in our system
Qualifications:
Bachelor?s Degree (will be verified)
Minimum 1 year experience in training others, technical support, customer service, or call center experience
Must know how to type and use a computer and software, email, and be up to date with internet trends and online applications
Must be good at technical problem solving (previous experience with a web hosting company a plus)
Must work well with a team to complete tasks
Able to multi-task and work independently without supervision but not afraid to ask questions
Must be detail oriented and organized
Compensation:
Starting pay $16 per hour
$1 pay increase every year after
