Job Function
The Partner Success Manager role is responsible for every facet of the channel partner experience and relationship with Infrascale. Starting with the new partner onboarding process, the Partner Success Manager takes ownership of the partner relationship, ensuring healthy growth with Infrascale. This role supports a Territory Account Manager, and together they serve as a power team for building sales and evangelizing Infrascale?s value proposition to enterprises and channel partners.
Responsibilities
Build value-based relationships with partners to drive ongoing sales of Infrascale products.
Initiate the sales process by building relationships, qualifying potential, and closing business.
Secure partner product and subscription upgrades and subscription renewals.
Effectively present, position, and articulate the value of Infrascale?s DRaaS solutions.
Forecast and track key account metrics within .
Work with partners in the creation of marketing/sales plans to promote the penetration of finance, healthcare, insurance, government, education, manufacturing and appropriate markets, and growing DRaaS markets. This includes, but is not limited to market analysis, marketing program creation, sales training, collateral creation, and resource planning.
Required Skills and Experience
A minimum of two years of above-quota sales achievement
Experience selling, enabling and empowering channel partners
Knowledge and experience selling technical intangible products/services (Subscription and/or data protection software experience preferred)
Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills
Strong knowledge of Salesforce and MS Office
Four degree required

Four Year Degree required
