Skills: Contact Center Expertise with Genesys product portfolio for Configuration, TServer, ORS/URS/Context, Info Stat, Admin and adjunct applications and integration, CTI interface to PBXs, SIP expertise, CC features, Analytics and Reporting, Infomart, Stat Server, Omni Channel routing, Genesys SDK and APIs Proficient in application development skills for more than one technology as well as proficient in multiple design techniques.
This position should typically be used for an advanced or lead level resource.
