General Description
Franklin Building Supply?s Caldwell Store is seeking an experienced and motivated individual for an Inside Sales opening. The insides salesperson is responsible for servicing walk-in and phone-in customers for all of their stock and special order needs. This person will also be involved in stocking freight and basic cleaning duties. Franklin?s success lies in the quality of products and services, and integrity with which we deliver to our esteemed customers. Our long lasting commitment, support and loyalty to clients helped us build a solid reputation in the building industry. This position is a very vital role to the success of our operation. These personnel are in constant contact with the customers and employees at our location. It is important that they maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance. You must be willing to go the extra mile and be a team player.
Duties & Responsibilities
Providing Solutions and Selling Products: listening to the needs of customers and providing them the quality products and service they need.
Tracking orders
Customer Service - interacting with our customers and delivering not only the best products, but the best customer service as well.
Merchandising - maintaining stocked shelves and displays
Ordering Products
Maintain a Department - helping stock materials in the store and keeping work area clean and safe.
Review, understand, and follow all company policies.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
MUST HAVE LUMBERYARD SALES EXPERIENCE! Please do not apply if you have no experience in building material sales!
Must have knowledge of board footage & building materials and their uses.
Must have the ability to multi-task on the fly!
Must be customer service minded, safety focused, honest, hardworking, outgoing, friendly and very expressive to succeed on the sales counter.
Must have basic computer and social media skills.
Must have a valid Idaho driver?s license with clean driving record!
