Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative Job Opening in Pocatello, Idaho - We are currently seeking a highly energetic, self-motivated individual who can work in a fast paced environment and meet time sensitive deadlines. This position will require the applicant to work in an office and warehouse environment as well as assist Management as needed.
This opening is an entry level position.
Essential Job Skills:
Applicant must be diligent, organized and extremely detail oriented.
Be able to work independently and with a team.
Intermediate computer knowledge with MS Office including Excel, accuracy with 10 key, data entry and typing skills needed
Strong Customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Math and problem solving abilities.
Ability to answer multi-line phone system.
Assist Customers and Salesmen with orders.
Work in a fast-paced, demanding environment with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and demands
Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules.
Must be 100% reliable to show up every day, on time and willing to work and learn.
Ability to listen and not interrupt a Customer, Supervisor and/or Manager while they are conveying a problem that needs to be addressed and solved; retain the information; learn from mistakes and not dwell or take things personally.
Have a positive attitude and be a problem solver rather than a problem creator.
Accountable for completion of assigned tasks
Must be 21 years of age of older.
Manual labor experience is good, but not a requirement.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening that includes drug testing.
Qualifications/ Education:
High school diploma or GED

The physical requirements that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the tasks and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
Able to safely lift 40-60 pounds unassisted.
Stand for long periods of time.
Bend and work on knees to reach lower shelving, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl on floors.
Be able to hear and talk clearly.
Be able to see up close and long distance.
