We are looking for someone who is energetic, well-organized and detail-oriented, and available for a part-time position with potential for full-time employment.
Your duties will include:
- Identifying new market opportunities
- sales strategies and creative marketing campaigns
- Plan/implement advertising initiatives to reach target audiences via various engagement channels (pay-per-click, social media, email, print, video, etc)
- Analyzing marketing data to help shape future strategies
- Research, plan and coordinate projects as needed to support company growth
- Interact with customers; answer questions, take orders, verify information, and help resolve complaints
We prefer someone with a Bachelor?s Degree in Marketing or related field OR an Associate?s Degree in Marketing or related field and 2+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, customer/client behavior, with frequent customers/clients interactions.
Highly preferred skills include:
- SEO/SEM and pay-per-click analysis for digital advertising initiatives
- Creative direction and content strategy for social marketing
- Understanding of website e-commerce design and digital user experience priorities for desktop and mobile marketing
- Ability to create/develop digital content based on company objectives
Required skills include:
- Self-starter
- Ability to organize daily schedule given multiple priorities in different functions.
- Excellent customer service skills, delivered with a positive and patient attitude with a focus on addressing customer service questions according to established protocols and standards on the phone and by email.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with online adwords software, social media platforms, and email campaign tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows 7/10 operating systems and Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, OneNote.
- Proficiency in composing and sending email correspondence using a variety of email services, e.g. Yahoo, Google, Microsoft Outlook, etc.
- Proficiency with standard office technology and equipment, e.g. printer, fax, copier, credit card machine, multi-line phone system, etc.
We would also like someone with an:
- Additional 2+ years of successful customer service experience, including customer service to professionals and retailers, i.e. healthcare professionals and business owners.
- Interest in natural health supplements.
Compensation will DOE. Applicant must be able to sit and/or stand for the majority of the work day, and also be able to sit for 3-4 hours a day if necessary. Position requires walking, bending, twisting, and kneeling throughout the day. The position requires frequent lifting of up to 20 pounds and occasional lifting of objects weighing up to 60-70 pounds.
