Sr. Tax Accountant Job Opening in San Francisco, California - A boutique estate planning law and accounting firm based in downtown San Francisco since 1999 is seeking a Sr. Tax Accountant. This is a special opportunity for an experienced professional to join a CPA/Attorney, attorney, and 3 staff members to provide quality customer service in a small work environment. Our Sr. Tax Accountant will prepare individual, partnership, fiduciary, and corporate income tax returns for wealthy individuals.
Job Duties and Responsibilities: The primary duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not necessarily limited to:
Tax Preparation
Prepare work papers for efficient tax preparation
Prepare tax returns, including but not limited to individuals, partnerships, fiduciaries, and corporations
Clearly communicate with clients regarding their returns
Required Skills and Competencies:
At least 3 years of relevant tax work experience.
Bachelor?s Degree in Accounting. Master?s Degree in Tax or Accounting, or CPA certification preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to effectively complete tasks with limited supervision.
Fluent in verbal and written English.
Experience with Lacerte preferred.
