Business Development Sales Representative Job Opening in Wakefield, Massachusetts - PuroClean of Wakefield is an Expanding Emergency Restoration Services company located in Wakefield MA seeking a personable, self-motivated representative for outside Business Development/Sales Representative effort. Business Development/Sales Representative job is to conduct meetings with potential referral sources, develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, create marketing plan and adjust the marketing plan as appropriate. Full marketing budget already in place and ready to be utilized.
Experience is key but willing to train right individual.
Base Salary plus commission.
Responsibilities:
Create, maintain, establish and grow relationships with referral sources
Coordinate meetings, lunches, marketing events and presentations to help expand relationships and educate referral sources.
Help manage and promote Continuing Education Classes with referral sources.
Coordinate and participate in industry tradeshows, client events, industry/marketing events, charity events and other community-based projects.
Coordinate and manage on-line marketing and social media
Other marketing tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Exceptional Networking Skills
Excellent communications skills: persuasive and enthusiastic
Sales experience is key but willing to train right individual
Proven ability to get to the decision maker and schedule meetings accordingly
