RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, policies and internal control documentation requirements by working cross-functionally with finance and operational personnel on business transactions
Lead quarterly and annual preparation of the company's SEC filings and related earnings releases
Research new accounting guidance from the FASB, SEC and other regulatory bodies
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor?s degree in Accounting or Finance
8 years of experience (w/ at least 4 years in Big 4 or other public accounting firm)
Experience in technical accounting areas within technology environments: Revenue Recognition (ASC 605-25 and ASC 985-605), Share-based Compensation (ASC 718), Leases (ASC 840), Business Combinations (ASC 805), Foreign Currency Matters (ASC 830)
Strong understanding of GAAP
