WELLNESS ORIENTED COLLABORATIVE PHYSICIAN Job Opening in New Orleans, Louisiana - Description:
We have an immediate opportunity for the right collaborative physician who specializes in Adult, Family, Internal, or Occupational Health Medicine, to provide direct supervision and oversight to a NP in an on-site health and wellness clinic for one of our clients located in Moss Point, MS. Our goal is to provide our clients? employees with the tools and support to make more informed decisions regarding their health, with the ultimate goal of reducing health care costs and improving the overall health of the organization.
What a Physician can expect from this position:
Flexibility in working either on-site, at your office, or from home for approximately 6 hours per month
Opportunity to pick up new patients and/or additional ?information driven? revenue by the establishment of a unique relationship with one of the largest employers in Moss Point, MS
Healthgram® CMS, our proprietary care management system, will provide the selected clinician with access to:
Integrated medical claims, Rx data, labs/screenings, and self-reported personal health information
Document all member encounters in order to manage patient care more efficiently
