Identify, screen, evaluate and recruit the most caring and talented travel nurse professionals to join nurse-owned and operated GIFTED Healthcare team
Develop and maintain relationship strategies that allow you to regularly communicate with current and potential travel nurse candidates
Put the nurse first ? ensure that all GIFTED travel nurses can count on you for support, care and service
Bring your ideas ? independently build a candidate pipeline through a mix of sourcing, strategic planning, recruitment methods and referrals
The Travel Nurse Recruiter will contribute to the overall growth and success of GIFTED Healthcare by supporting team members and representing the company in a positive and professional manner
Participate in exciting nurse recruiting events and trade-shows
Contribute to positioning GIFTED Healthcare as the Employer of Choice in the nursing community
