Houzz is seeking E-Commerce Sales Specialists who will assist Houzz shoppers in finding and purchasing items for their home design or remodel project. You will also receive ongoing sales and customer service training, career development and the opportunity to grow within the ever evolving E-Commerce industry.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Use consultative sales approach to help inbound customers make purchasing decisions and upsell
Establish relationships with new and returning Houzz customers through phone and email outreach and assist them with purchasing home products
Develop expertise regarding products available on Houzz
Achieve personal objectives related to monthly sales revenue, customer satisfaction, and additional metrics as provided
Provide exceptional customer service to Houzz customers
Requirements:
Interest in a career in sales
Previous experience working with customers/clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with attention to detail
Excellent multi-tasker and ability to think on your feet
Strong computer skills
