Columbia Association is one of the best-known and most successful planned communities in the United States. The Sports and fitness department operates three full service fitness clubs in addition to its newest facility, Haven on the Lake, a mind body wellness spa, 23 outdoor pools, an indoor swim center, an indoor Olympic-sized ice rink, two outdoor and two indoor tennis clubs and a SportsPark facility.
We have an immediate opening for a newly created position of Membership Sales Director. This role is responsible for development, implementation and managing the sales division?s performance across our fitness and spa facilities on a daily basis, including all aspects of administration, training and lead generation to ensure a smooth profitable flow of membership revenue and retention while developing and mentoring the staff for maximum accountability. This position will be responsible for creating and deepening our relationships with members that we know and those we do not yet know, so as to add value to their membership, and enhance their sense of belonging and community with the club, as reflected by facility metrics.
Compensation: Competitive base salary commensurate with experience, along with significant additional performance-based compensation of commission and bonus.

Requirements :
Bachelor's degree
At least three to five years of multi-site sales leadership and management in the Fitness Industry
Proven experience hiring, supporting and retaining top performing sales professionals
Competitive drive to succeed in a performance-based culture
Personal passion and commitment for living a healthy way of life
CPR certification
