Sales Assistant Job Opening in Bethesda, Maryland - Datawatch Systems, Inc., a leader in commercial building electronic access control, is seeking a Sales Assistant based out of our Bethesda, MD headquarters. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for preparing sales bids the sales representatives initiate out in the field with potential clients. Additionally, this position is also responsible for taking incoming phone calls from both potential and existing clients and appropriately assigning them. This position supports the Sales Team and general admin duties will be assigned on an as needed basis. Datawatch offers exc base salary and full benefits package. EOE/M/F/D/V. DCJS11-2294.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbally).
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Some college required, college degree preferred.
Intermediate knowledge of Salesforce a plus, but not a requirement.
Must be willing to work well with others and with different personalities.
Must possess excellent time management skills, and be able to meet tight deadlines, working on multiple projects at once.
Required Experience:
1-2 years experience required.
