Entry Level Accounting Analyst Job Opening in New York, New york - Chargeback Recovery and Logistics is a growing service and consulting company looking to add an entry level accounting analyst to our team. We help manufacturers, importers, and wholesalers recover chargebacks from their retailer customers. The entry level accounting analyst will work closely with clients to dispute, recoup, and resolve chargebacks and maintain reporting procedures, while facilitating efficient communication between team members. The employee will work in our Midtown New York office, with immediate start date.
Job responsibilities and qualifications include the following:
Advise management of any issues, concerns, or challenges that one encounters
Research and reconcile all chargebacks from retailers including warehouse logistics and routing chargebacks
Complete account reconciliations
Maintain customer files in the computer system
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Liaison with overseas office
Detail Oriented
Willing to learn
Organized
Interested in growth
Knowledge of chargebacks a plus, but not required
Only college graduates will be considered
