Inside Sales/Service Representative Job Opening in North Wales, Pennsylvania - Pacific Bag, inc, a flexible packaging company headquartered in Woodinville WA, is seeking a full-time Inside Sales and Service Representative for our North Wales, PA location. Applicants must have previous customer service and sales experience. A four year degree is required.

Job Function
Pursue sales leads for PBi products through telemarketing ? cold calling will be a part oft he job
Organization of sales cycle and follow up via sales database
Bi-weekly activity reporting
Create, implement and execute sales campaigns
Build and retain a book of business
Work with customers on product line, taking sample requests, and tracking customer needs
Answer customer and prospect?s questions
Set up new prospect and customer accounts
Input orders in the PBi computer system
Potential attendance at tradeshows on an as needed basis
Other projects as deemed necessary from time to time
Required Skills and Training
Professional verbal and written communication with co-workers, prospects and customers
Develop a consultative sales technique that focuses on simplifying decisions for the prospect/customer
Be a solid team member within the PBi group, helping to maintain a positive work environment
Product knowledge training: On-going products, packaging, and industry knowledge training
Systems knowledge training: Sample packets, Microsoft NAV training ? entering prospects, converting prospects to customers etc
