Job Duties:
Develops effective recruitment processes for C.N.A.?s and Nurses, including planning, sourcing, prescreening, interviewing, and offering candidate assessments to hiring managers
Develops and maintains sources of recruitment for assigned positions
Coordinates advertising for assigned positions with the Director of Human Resources. Acquires, screens and interviews candidates (both internal and external) for assigned positions
Identifies proactive sourcing strategies through utilization of social media, niche career sites, and nursing specific organizations
Reviews turnover and vacancy rates, and establishes retention based on data collected
Establishes and maintains relationships with professional organizations (AORN,ENA, AONE, Etc.) and universities with nursing programs
Attends nursing hiring events and career fairs
Develops and implements creative strategies to attract talent in a competitive market place
Conducts post hire interviews with hired professionals to determine strengths and opportunities of on boarding/training processes
Identifies and rolls out retention efforts for nursing and nursing related positions
Participates as a standing member of the Nurse Morale committee
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have 1 year in recruiting field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Virginia RN/LPN License
Must be flexible and willing to perform all requested duties
