Currently seeking a highly motivated, experienced Quality Assurance Specialist for an exciting healthcare company, looking for 3+ years of QA in a regulated healthcare company (either Pharm or ). Responsibilities of the Quality Assurance, Health Care
Assist in implementing health quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) processes .
Ensure that QA/QC processes are in place, maintained throughout the supply chain and reviewed/revisited periodically to ensure all standard operating procedures reflect the most up-to-date, internationally accepted practices, ensure compliance with evolving innovations, and ensure responsiveness to new products as they become available.
Support drafting, maintaining and implementing of standard operating procedures and work instructions to ensure QA/QC processes comply with the WHO Model Quality Assurance System for Procurement Agencies (MQAS) other quality standards.
Review and maintain appropriate documentation and dossiers supporting the QA/QC procedures for procuring and distributing medicines, Rapid Diagnostic Tests (RDTs) and for recipient countries.
Support the review of tender documents to ensure that they include agreed QA/QC requirements and procedures and support the evaluation of bids from a QA perspective.
Assist in overseeing out of specification investigations and defining a final recommendation of acceptance or rejection of the commodities.
Ensure that for each SKU the QC (inspection, sampling and testing) requirements as defined by PMI are available, and ensure with the PSM Source, Fulfillment and Deliver/Return Teams that QA/QC requirements are adequately integrated in their processes throughout the entire supply chain.
Liaise with Source, Fulfillment and Deliver/Return teams to ensure that data and information required to fulfill the QA and QC processes are available to all involved.
Requirements of the Quality Assurance, Health Care
Bachelor's or Master?s degree
Specialized experience in the field of quality assurance in a healthcare setting
Multi-task and organize work and tasks in an efficient and effective manner
Work independently with little supervision
Possess strong communication, analytical, organizational, and time-management skills
Able to meet strict, tight deadlines with a high level of accuracy
Able to prioritize multiple tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 /year
