Requirements :
-Effectively communicate messages, timely product/sales information, or specific offers to healthcare products and their staff.
-Converse with HCP?s in an empathetic manner, utilize medical terminology as needed, and facilitate the process of trial, adoption, and usage of the client?s products or services.
-Contribute to the achievement of the goals objectives and outcomes of the sales program.
-Demonstrate knowledge of product and disease state and or program information as it applies to the specific program.
-Accurately collect information required for each program and capture the information in a CRM database.
-Deliver feedback and share ideas regarding the outbound effort with management
-Maintain excellent quality standards for all programs and adhere to all client call guides and guidelines.
-Adhere to industry regulations and guidelines when communicating information to Health Care Providers and documenting activity in the CRM database.
-Adhere to all company policies and standard operating procedures.
