More Qualifications:
High School graduate or GED equivalent required
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Minimum 5 -7 years health care related experience
Other related skills may be required to perform this job
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Creating member engagement plans for Trust members
Reviewing member communications and digital work to ensure alignment to plan
Coordinating between digital, communications and sales teams to get work done
Coordinate with analytics areas to measure effectiveness of efforts
Partners with the Blue Cross UAW retiree account team to understand goals, including retention, member experience and member engagement
Develops marketing and engagement plans for UAW retiree population
Interfaces and works with the communications team, digital team and others to execute on plans
Supports basic project needs by providing Project Management related inputs as required
Includes work breakdown structure, scope change control, and issue management
