Logistics Integration Analyst Job Opening in Warsaw, Indiana - Job SummaryProvide analytical and logistical support regarding the management of sales orders for impacted by integration efforts. Responsible for daily maintenance activities as they relate to change requests, system or data changes, and communication of changes to stakeholders for master data elements managed by Sales Recommend, drive and execute the required actions to achieve defined results.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities% 20 * Interact with the respective business process owners in customer service, sales operations, field sales offices, and various levels of management to ensure compliance to master data standards.25 * Process master data requests in compliance with master data standards. This includes the verification, creation and maintenance of master data requests working directly with field office staff and corporate stakeholders.30 * Facilitate advanced order processing and order maintenance during field integration activities.20 * Report out on KPIs, maintain and publish trackers related to actions supported by integration efforts. 5 * Participate in meetings relating to specific integration initiatives as required.100 * Total Percent (not to exceed 100%)*Individual percents should be greater than or equal to 5%. *Perform all other duties as is not an exhaustive list of duties or functions and may not necessarily comprise all of the "essential functions" for purposes of the ADAAA.
Expected Areas of Competence (i.e. KSAs) § Must act independently to determine corrective action required to resolve complex issues.§ Interact with the respective value stream demand planners, marketing contacts, field sales location, regional vice presidents and other levels of management to assure completeness of related issues. § Evidence of strong verbal and written communications required.§ Accuracy, attention to detail and timely follow up.§ High level of multiple system navigation skills a must. (Microsoft Office Suite). Ability to learn quickly internal system including DCS, IW Query tools, ZSIS/ZSMS, Zorro, etc.)§ Proven ability to work under pressure and successfully handle multiple priorities. Education/ Experience Requirements§
Bachelor in Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Systems, Accounting, Engineering or other technical field preferred.§ Minimum of 1-3 years? experience in logistic, supply chain, technical field and/or inventory management.
