BDC Coordinator/Internet Sales Job Opening in Charleston, South carolina - Toyota of Charleston one of the Best Places to Work in SC for the second year in a row is looking for an experienced Internet Sales/ BDC Coordinator with a proven track record for outstanding customer service to join our team. BDC Coordinators are the initial contact for internet car sales leads. Responsible for contacting leads sent from eLeads by initially contacting by phone and email and continuing to follow up with interested leads for 90 days. Main objective is to assist guest with product information questions and set them up with an appointment to meet with a sales professional.
Qualifications for this position include but are not limited to the following:
One year of BDR experience preferred but not required
Good computer skills, MS Office and demonstrated ability to learn other programs
Ability to effectively build a rapport with others
Strong oral communication
Valid In-state Driver?s License
Acceptable Motor Vehicle record
Very strong listening skills
Organizational and time management skills
High School Degree or equivalent experience
