Field Sales Job Opening in Charlotte, North carolina - The ideal candidate for this position should have high energy and a strong love of the outdoors and the outdoor industry. An ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of the sales process, a desire to learn, and limited fear of failure. This individual must have good communication skills, both verbal and written, and demonstrate a team-oriented, goal-and results-driven work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Sales Planning**
Plan and execute new customer visits
Generate leads through lists, calls, social media (i.e.-facebook), web
Record results of sales calls
Execute sales promotional plans
Respond to customers on a timely basis
Remain organized and plan out visits effectively
Grow business and hit sales revenue and EBITDA targets
Sales Analytics**
Be able to identify regional sales trends and compare vs. national data
Be able to analyze your sales territory to look for opportunity through program and product assortment
Brand Management**
To drive USC awareness in the marketplace
Oversee and execute territory sales plan
Skills
Ability to drive long distances
Handle long periods of time alone
Sense of humor and an ability to handle difficult situations
Ability to analyze data and make recommendations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with the following applications and tools:
Databases
Excel and Word
PowerPoint
