We are looking for energetic, self-driven, professional individuals who understand the art of selling, know the importance of clienteling, and have the desire to build a long-term sales career with Baron & Leeds. As representatives of the leading name in luxury wristwatches, our team members will receive continuous training in order to become expert Ambassadors of the Rolex brand.
Sales, product, and POS training will be conducted prior to the targeted store opening date of February 1, 2018. Travel during this period may be required.
We are looking for Japanese- and Chinese- speaking individuals. Luxury retail experience is preferred but not a requirement.
Full-time and part-time applicants are being considered. Applicants in both categories must have flexible schedules. Compensation is hourly plus commission, with paid vacation time, and paid medical, dental, and vision insurance.
Baron & Leeds is a Hawaii-based company, established in 2002. We represent the finest of watch and jewelry brands in our two locations on Maui. Baron & Leeds is the exclusive Official Rolex Jeweler on the island of Maui.
