Health Insurance Sales Agent Job Opening in Honolulu, Hawaii - We are seeking a few Health Insurance Sales Agents with excellent customer centered personality and great drive to succeed to join our team! You will be responsible for expanding the company's book of business by selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients.
Preferred Candidates:
Licensed Life and/or Health & Accident (current or expired within the last 6 months) - May do Medicare Advantage
Must be willing to take State exam to be licensed (if necessary)
Have current book of business (no matter how big or small) and willing to expand
Responsibilities:
Be certified to broker different Medicare Advantage plans
Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
Resolve client inquiries and complaints
Expand business reach through networking techniques
Comply with insurance standards and regulations
Track and identify areas of improvement
Qualifications:
Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related fields (A Plus)
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Job Type: Commission
Salary: $30,000.00 to $90,000.00 /year
