Candidates must be self-driven, have a positive outlook, and a clear focus on customer service. Previous sales experience with motorcycles or in the automotive world preferred.
Major Duties and Responsibilities to Include
- Guiding every guest through a dealership specific sales process
- Connects, greets, and building rapport through understanding guests needs and buying motivation
- Properly fitting guests to their desired motorcycle through product demonstrations
- Meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals
- Tracking/logging guests in sales CRM system
- Participating in daily sales meetings/huddles
