The Replenishment Team Member assists the Presentation Replenishment Manager in the operation of Receiving, Replenishment, and Merchandise presentation. They are responsible for stocking merchandise from the delivery truck to the sales floor. They also ensure that the customer finds Michaels fully stocked and maintained at the highest level of presentation and that all planograms are set correctly in a timely manner.
Cashier
he Cashier performs all cash register operations and related customer service duties. Monitors activities in the front of the store and secures Michaels assets including cash, checks, media and merchandise. In addition to providing world class service to our customers, they ensure key marketing initiatives such as: bounce back coupons, email collection, and brochure handouts.
Sales
The Sales Associate assists the Sales Specialists in the efficient operation of the entire store through product knowledge and one-on-one interaction with customers. Duties include: assisting customers to drive sales, upsell and suggest products to customers using product knowledge; and pricing, stocking, and merchandise presentation tasks required to maintain the department and company standards. Sales Associates are dedicated to the delivery of exceptional service to all Michael's customers.
