Senior Research Analyst Job Opening in New York, New york - Responsibilities include:
Interaction with research team for client project management and delivery
Questionnaire writing with some oversight from Research Managers & Directors
Internal management of the project process once questionnaires have been signed off
Ownership of report creation and analysis with oversight from Research Managers & Directors
Establishing, monitoring and maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction
Involvement in QA for all parts of project process
Client relations and management at junior levels
Qualifications ? Successful candidates possess:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, advanced degree (Masters, MBA. PhD) a plus
3-5 years of experience (job, internship, academic work) conducting research strongly preferred
Strong preference for candidates with a familiarity of online research, including mobile
Strong attention to detail, comfort in fast-paced environment, and a team player attitude
Experience/interest in healthcare-related industries (e.g., pharmaceutical, OTC, health insurance) a plus
