We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic sales leaders to join our team as PT Center Sales Managers and support the operation of our location in Richmond, VA.
Our PT Center Sales Managers will sell our safe and effective tattoo removal services and help guide the center's certified laser technicians to exceed business goals both sales and clinical! This is a 3 day a week role and will allow you the ability to pursue that elusive work life balance we all want!
We currently have 13 centers open across the country, and plan to open 6 more this year! We offer excellent salary with benefits and the opportunity for growth to a multiple center leadership role. PT Center Sales Managers (3 days per week)
PT Center Sales Managers - JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ability to drive sales results through our trademarked consultative selling program.
Demonstrates superior interpersonal and communication skills with the center staff and clients.
Maintains appropriate oversight of center operations including sales, reporting, safekeeping of business assets, and client records.
Ensures and demonstrates high standards in all aspects of client service.
Maintains positive and loyal relationships among referring businesses, tattoo artists and others.
Actively solicits and resolves areas of concern in the referral community.
Provides education to clients concerning the treatments that they are receiving.
Ensure client satisfaction on all treatments performed by delivering superior customer service
PT Center Sales Managers - ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Past consultative sales experience in the health, dental or medical fields a must.
College degree or three or more years of clinical business/management is preferred.
Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed.
