Parts Sales & Support Specialist
Based in our office in Durham, North Carolina, USA, The Parts Sales and Support Specialist will serve as the primary contact to handle all day-to- day Bromma spare parts requests for all customers in North would report directly to Parts and Projects Manager, Bromma Sales and After Sales Americas region.
We are looking for a self-motivated, energetic team player to join our organization. This position will play animportant part in, and contribute to the success of our US organization.
Key accountabilities: ?
Process all parts quotes, parts orders, and returns in SAP business software system?
Daily interaction with customers via phone and email?
Prioritize and schedule workload to solve urgent customer needs?
Research and utilize multiple reference materials (digital and paper) in order to correctly identify parts?
Provide technical assistance to customers on parts related inquiries?
Prepare custom recommended spare parts lists as new equipment is delivered to customers? Ensure order flow will allow us to meet our expected delivers.
Daily communication with remotewarehouse staff to ensure orders are processed correctly and on time.?
Assist Field Service Engineers with warranty services and parts related support?
Promote the sale of all Bromma equipment and services?
Assist in completing annual inventory of Bromma parts in a remote warehouse?
Travel to existing customer sites and internal company locations as required to develop and maintainbusiness relationships.
Travel expected to be once every 12-16 weeks?
Complete other associated tasks as required
We expect you to have: ?
Education
Bachelors? Degree required, preferably in Engineering, Business or Technical discipline. Consideration will be given to those with an Associate Degree with extensive 5+ years of directapplicable work experience in a similar industrial business.
Experience
At least two (2+) years of experience in a Technical Support position in a similar Manufacturing,Production or Warehouse environment required.
Experience or strong interest in heavy machinery, ports, transportation, and shipping

Incredible attention to detail required * Critical thinking and problem solving skills are essential
Excellent customer service skills
Proficiency in Google G Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets) or Microsoft Office required.
SAP or similar ERP system experience preferred
Ability to read and understand technical mechanical, electrical and hydraulic drawings,schematics, blueprints, and CAD drawings in a digital database required
Strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to learn all parts of a Bromma spreader and basic knowledge or ability to learn aboutterminal operations and container cranes
Excellent business acumen
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Teamwork mentality and can-do attitude?
Other information
Candidates must have a Valid State Driver?s license, and have or be able to obtain a validPassport and a Transportation Workers Identification Credential (TWIC) card.
This position will be part of our After-Sales Team and work closely together with our Bromma Product Support Engineers, Field Service Engineers, and in good partnership with the Americas Sales Team.
