New Home Sales Consultant in Charlotte Area Job Opening in Charlotte, North carolina - Excellent opportunity to sell new homes in the Charlotte, North Carolina area (please respond only if you are in this area already). We are a builder offering a quality product and need experienced real estate sales representatives to contribute to our on-site sales team. We provide $40,000 salary/draw plus commission. Earning potential is well over 100k annually. We also offer benefits such as health insurance and 401K.
The New Home Consultant is responsible for (but not limited to) qualifying prospects, conducting presentations, working with new home buyers the home buying process, building relationships with Brokers/Realtors in the community, processing required documents and reports accurately, and ensuring sales environment is maintained in excellent condition at all times. We have a proven system and you will be expected to follow it.
Requirements
Qualified candidates must be enthusiastic, organized, tenacious, detail-oriented, tech savvy, computer literate and have strong listening, communication, closing, and negotiation skills.
We are seeking driven, polished professionals.
Computer skills and proficiency with the Internet are a must.
Most of our agents earn over $100,000 after 1 year.
