JOB PURPOSE
Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for the sale of musical instruments and related accessories to KMC Music dealers.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
Making outbound phone sales solicitations to established list of customers
Answering direct inbound phone calls from the same list of established customers
Managing customer list jointly with in-field sales partners (District Sales Managers)
Entering customer orders in to the computer system
Meeting all sales goals including overall territory forecast, focus product group sales, and phone call quantities/duration
Enhancing relationship between customers and the company
Maintaining and building customer records in Outlook Contact Manager
Developing monthly call plan
Enhancing brand exposure through selling the company?s priorities
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Proficiency in music making and broad musical instrument product knowledge
Proficiency with Windows based computer usage including Outlook, Excel, Word and Powepoint
Ability to multitask in a fast paced work environment while prioritizing and managing time well
Bachelor of Arts or Science preferred
Prior sales and telemarketing experience preferred, especially in music industry
