Outside Sales for Energy Efficiency Services - Waterbury Job Opening in Waterbury, Connecticut - Home Comfort Practice (HCP, ) is hiring full-time Sales Professionals for its Energy Efficiency Services division for the towns of Danbury, Waterbury, Meriden, and New Britain.
HCP is an authorized Energize Connecticut contractor (/) that provides free-of-charge , weatherization and insulation services for both homeowners and renters . HCP services reduce customers? heating and electric bills, and help Connecticut residents save money . HCP also performs home energy audits, insulation upgrades, and window replacement for all Connecticut homeowners, who benefit from rebates and low-cost financing.
Sales professionals are assigned a primary territory for selling HCP services. Through referrals, they are encouraged to expand into any town statewide. The HCP sales structure is results-driven, whereby performance, sales activities, referrals, hours, commissions are tracked with web-based applications. Work hours are flexible, and office time is limited to bi-weekly sales meetings
HCP provides product training, sales training, and systems training to promote the success of its sales professionals.
The Sales Professional is a full-time position with target annual earnings of $80,000 to $100,000 :
This is NOT a commission-only position;
Base hourly pay;
Commissions: $25, $50, $75, or $100 per completed appointment (based upon weekly customer acquisition);
Additional bonus incentives awarded for exceptional performance;
