National Sales Executive Job Opening in Denver, Colorado - Our Hospital Performance Improvement (HPI) business partners with hospitals to resolve their most costly and complex problems, like sepsis. Our programs have reduced mortality by up to 72%, reduced cost by up to 31%, and shortened ALOS up to 3 days. Unlike many companies, MSC is the ?last mile? solution , providing hands-on simulation training by Certified TeamSTEPPS Healthcare Simulation Educators. Using analytics, MSC continuously verifies staff competency and clinical outcomes - delivering results , and improving them . MSC pinpoints gaps in processes, establishes root causes, and prescribes solutions that improve clinical and financial outcomes.
We are searching for a National Sales Executive to work with health care partners in driving our Integrated Sepsis Management Solutions. The successful candidate:
Develops external relationships and networks to support business development including development of targeted sales strategies.
Builds relationships with strategic partners developing opportunities to cross sell current contracts, engage new business leads and strategic partners.
Manages complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue attainment.
Must be able to meet and establish positive working relationships with all levels of a member?s organization from employees of the Purchasing, Finance/DSS department to C- level leaders including the CMO, CFO, and CEO.
Achieves/exceeds sales goals and objectives.
Applies analytical skills to data and information received and recognizes issues with data.
Articulates the value of MSC?s HPI products and services in multiple forms from written and verbal communication to formal presentations.
· Represents the company, and client(s) as appropriate, at various professional networking, public relations, and business development events.
Qualifications
3-5 years? experience in a consultative sales position; experience within healthcare is required.
College Degree from accredited University in an applicable field required. Advanced degree in an applicable field (MBA, MPA, MPH, or MHA) desired.
· Comfortable adapting in an entrepreneurial environment.
Working knowledge of Hospital Business Operations, Healthcare industry trends, and program and process improvement methodologies.
Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD codes, CPT codes, and DRG codes required.
Ability to visualize, identify and pursue opportunities to partner with external institutions.
Superior creative problem-solving, analytical and quantitative skills.
· Demonstrated written communication and documentation skills to create and edit internal and client deliverables that are succinct, articulate and meet our standards of quality.
· Sound understanding of business fundamentals.
· Strong Excel and PowerPoint required. Solid knowledge of all MS Office Products.
