Payless Kitchen Cabinets is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to add to our growing team in Southern California. As a member of our Sales team, your primary responsibility will be to make in-person presentations at clients? homes. Your appointments will completely be based on warm prequalified leads that are scheduled by our Scheduling Coordinators. We have a pre-qualification process that ensures we are putting our sales reps in the best possible position to succeed. You are not responsible to generate your own leads. We provide warm leads, the paperwork, and the workers to help get the job sold.
Reports to Sales Manager and Project.
Must have 2-5 years Outside Sales Experience; we need you to hit the ground running*

Responsibilities:
Dependable vehicle
Measure accurately
Perform all Payless Kitchen Cabinets and Shop@Home sales presentations for all clients
Represent our company so that the image of the company is enhanced in the eyes of all clients
Promote outstanding service and convenience, quality products, and personalized design assistance
Fill in and submit required paperwork and documentation
Maintain established profit margins
Help as needed to manage all sales to completion of job, to ensure customer satisfaction
Follow up call or walk through inspection after installation is completed, initiate the thank you/referral program with every client; provide clients with warranties and cleaning instructions on all purchased products.
Generate testimonials, referrals and cross sales

Flexible, highly organized and successful history of achieving and exceeding sales goals
Working independently while simultaneously implementing team driven objectives
Expert in negotiation with excellent analytical skills that can identify and exploit key opportunities
Good Telephone etiquette
Steady Job History ? Home improvement sales a plus
Valid driver?s license with clean/clear DMV record
Ideal Candidate:
A background in sales/customer service is an asset to this position, but an entrepreneurial spirit and great work ethic are even more important
