Sales Associate-Experience Required Job Opening in Overland Park, Kansas - The Sales Associate is responsible for providing a professional online experience to customers from all over the world. The associate will be responsible for having full knowledge of the company?s products while creating a luxurious online experience in regards to our service and products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Strong/professional communication skills. Verbal and Written Bilingual required
Strong sales experience in retail required
Previous and strong retail or high-end retail experience a must
Ability to prioritize and multi-task is required
Previous retail experience or customer related experience a must
Ability to work in a diverse setting and with a diverse client base
Willingness to work non-traditional business hours; if needed
Proficient in POS systems and Microsoft Office
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 3+ years in SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Demonstrates working knowledge of sales skills
Demonstrates the ability to make good judgment decisions within company policy and procedure guidelines.
Must have excellent verbal communication skills; demonstrates the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Maintains a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
Must demonstrate a high degree of integrity, must maintain tact and diplomacy in difficult situations.
Must be highly reliable and demonstrates ownership of job duties.
Must be able to effectively manage confidential information.
Operates with a Customer Service mindset; identifies customer needs, adjusts approach based on customer needs, has a helpful and courteous attitude.
Must have effective written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Outlook, Excel) and Internet Explorer. POS systems
