About The Job
KD has a terrific and immediate opportunity for the right individual to manage our bookkeeping needs in our offices located in Lincolnwood Illinois just north of Chicago.
We are searching for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to handle accounting and human resource needs. The ideal candidate will be a team player, have an eye for detail, good communication skills, good interpersonal skills, and have the ability to multitask. This is a one-person office and reliability and long-term work history it Is essential.
Daily functions:
Responsible for day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping and financial activity using QuickBooks.
Accounts Payable \ Accounts Receivable \ Job Costing
Invoicing
Bank Account and other deposit account reconciliations
Payroll (Through ADP)
Communicating with customers and vendors
Filing
Reporting to and assisting President
Requirements:
Proficient in the use of QuickBooks
Minimum 5 years? experience as full charge bookkeeper
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality
Solid work history
Highly organized and detail oriented
