Position Summary:
The E.R.C. [Emergency response coordinator] is the first person on-site when a commercial property suffers a fire, water damage or other large scale event that would cause loss of business.
Please Secure the business for RCM and solidify the project prior to a project manager taking over.
Essential Functions:
1. The ability to quickly build rapport with the client.
2. Must be comfortable walking into highly stressful situations and maintaining calm professionalism.
3. Attention to detail.
4. Quickly size up the scope and potential each call
Skills and/or Knowledge Requirements:
1. Strong rapport building and listening skills are essential
2. Knowledge of the region, roads, neighborhoods, traffic patterns to maximize travel efficiency
3. Attention to detail
4. Strong interpersonal skills
5. Proven "one call" closing ability
7. Must be willing and able to respond to emergencies on a 24/7 basis
