GreenTek Energy Systems is seeking a hard-working Sales & Support Representative to join our rapidly growing team of Energy Analysts. This position is primarily for inside support and sales where leads will be given through phone calls to support potential customers. Experience in the lighting industry is preferred.
As an Inside Representative, you will be primarily focusing on helping customers with placing an order, any support they may need before or after the sale, and establishing a relationship with the customer. This is primarily handled through answering incoming phone calls.
Minimum Qualifications:
Good verbal and communication skills
Basic computer skills
Motivated to learn
Minimum 18 years of age
Valid Driver License or reliable transportation
Must pass pre-employment drug screening and
Must pass background check
Basic customer relation skills
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to give feedback to customers on orders or products
Knowledge and Abilities
Ability to grasp new computer tools, such as QuickBooks
Proficient with computers
Ability to work in a team based environment
