Help children develop a positive self esteem Provide discipline in a positive and consistent manner, using redirection, positive reinforcement and positive guidance. Allow children opportunities to make positive choices. Provide a balanced schedule which provides: individual lessons/ group lessons, child and teacher initiated lessons. Lessons to include auditory, verbal and tactile Take responsibility for classroom management. Plan age and level appropriate weekly lesson plans and monthly calendars.
