Ecommerce Lead Sales/ Customer Service Associate Job Opening in Honolulu, Hawaii - Looking for someone with a great attitude who can work in a fast-paced work environment and who loves ecommerce and fashion retail. The lead sales and customer service associate is responsible for online order fulfillment, customer service, exchanges/ returns, merchandise organization and inventory management.
Responsibilities:
Answers all phone calls and general emails
Acts as lead live chat operator
Processes customer returns and exchanges
Managing and determining customer service related exceptions and case resolution
Pulls and processes customer orders
Assists with inventory management
Restocks packing and shipping supplies
Assists with preparing new shipments for release
Assists with shipping as needed
Maintain phone log, livechat log, hold, return and vendor report log
Ensure all online merchandise inventory is accurate
Track online office supplies and communicate with corporate directly regarding any needs
Manage and maintain quality control of all order fulfillment
Candidates should be computer savvy with some customer service experience. All sales associates should have strong communication skills in order to work most effectively with customers. It is essential that all applicants are detail-oriented, focused and work in a timely manner. Must be available full-time.
