Contact Center - Sales & Service Representative Job Opening in Honolulu, Hawaii - We're seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales and Service Representative with excellent customer service and sales skills to join our fast-paced contact center. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

Primary Responsibilities
Selling automobile, homeowners, and renters insurance products to individuals using consultative selling techniques
Counseling and advising prospects and policyholders on matters of protection and coverage
Providing policyholders timely, accurate and responsive information
Supplying service for DTRIC products, plans, and programs
Converting in-bound and online leads as necessary

Minimum of six (6) months work experience in a call center, sales environment, or a combination of relevant education and experience is required. P&C Insurance Producer license highly preferred.
