DESCRIPTION
The Senior Manager is responsible for collating daily management reports from the subsidiary companies and prepare the Group P&L, Balance Sheet (A/R, A/P, Inventory, and Fixed Assets), and Cash Flow on a regular basis. The incumbent will also be responsible for product pricing management and updating the pricing in the system. Reporting to the Group Chief Financial Controller, you will be an integral part of ensuring the accuracy of internal financial controls. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail skills and ethical conduct.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Oversee corporate employees performing financial reporting, accounting, billing, collections, and budgeting duties.
Fiscal period close processes, financial reporting and oversight, financial maintenance, internal controls, and regulatory compliance procedures.
Assist accounting department with monthly financial reporting and compliance.
Ensure all internal subsidiary ledgers and reports are closed in a timely and accurate manner.
Compile inventory certificate and covenant certificate.
Prepare budgets for approval, including those for funding or implementation of programs.
Assure corporate tax compliance and accuracy.
Coordinate and manage yearly and quarterly audits.
Establish and develop interpersonal business relationships with banks, brokers, and large vendors.
Assist in reviewing legal contracts.
Prepare reports required by regulatory agencies.
Advise management about insurance coverage for protection against property losses and potential liabilities.
Investigate, analyze, and determine the extent of property damage and communicate with the insurance company.
Review, approve and sign checks.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Bachelor?s degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent business experience.
Strong preference for candidates who are CPA certified.
5-7 years of hands-on accounting managerial experience.
Proficient in active communication and solid interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Windows applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening including a drug test.
