Online Purchasing Representative Job Opening in Manchester, New hampshire - As an Online Buyer for P.A.C., you will become part of a talented and successful team to purchase used automotive parts throughout the United States and Canada. This involves communicating with vendors, electronically monitoring the progress of work orders, coordinating shipments, and auditing paperwork. Our team of Online Buyers has direct contact with our clients to build and maintain positive business relationships. The Online Department with Phoenix Automotive Cores is renowned for being a professional, reliable, and honest resource for our customers to depend on.
Job Responsibilities:
Answering Phones and assisting with customer?s needs
Sourcing material through our online programs and educating clients on how our programs benefit them
Keeping accurate records of all customer contact
Scheduling and tracking freight on inbound shipments
Audit completed orders for pricing accuracy
Contacting customers to review final orders and remit payment
Working directly with our team of road buyers as well as key department managers through the company
Ability to complete paperwork accurately and efficiently
Writing professional emails to send out to your customer base
Working in a team setting to reach goals of incoming product orders
Required Skills and Abilities:
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and able to prioritize tasks
Able to work well in a close team setting
Personable and confident phone skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and able to navigate the internet
Must take good notes, be able to follow specific procedures, and complete neat and accurate paperwork in a timely manner
Conflict management and problem solving skills
Strong sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
Must be willing and able to travel to industry trade shows once or twice a year if necessary
Qualified candidate will be able to adhere to procedural processes accurately and consistently
Work Hours: 7:30am-4:00pm Monday through Friday
Experience :
Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service environment required
Experience in a reputable call center is preferred
Must have a High School Diploma or GED
Pass an initial and future random drug screening
While we always appreciate those that have industry knowledge, we excel at training and are willing to educate the right individual for the position
