Located in Elk Grove Village, Illinois, PinMart, Inc. is a leading provider and manufacturer of metal emblematic products suited for the promotional, recognition, awareness, and gift markets. We are nationally recognized in the $800 Million per year industry of promotion and recognition. We stock and fulfill over 2,000 product sku?s and custom design and manufacture emblematic products based on the exact needs of our clients. PinMart currently provides products to more than 300 of the Fortune 500 companies and has an extensive customer list.
We are adding to our sales team and are seeking a full time Sales Representative who believes in the value of employee and company recognition and is passionate about discovering client plans and sharing how our products can meet their recognition needs. The Sales Representative will expand our sales with current clients, as well as seek out, contact and convert those companies that have not yet done business with PinMart . Travel is restricted to local companies and trade shows. The Sales Representative will primarily work out of the Elk Grove Village office.

Primary Duties and Expectations
Through outbound sales efforts:
Increase sales with existing High Profile/ High Volume clients
Service and grow sales with existing house accounts as assigned
Identify, evaluate and follow up with prospects from tradeshow / exhibit opportunities and new market opportunities
Build a prospect base and develop/implement a plan to identify and target businesses and industries that use our products but are not current customers. Identify the buyer, make the contact and convert them into customers.
Discover and communicate back to the PinMart Team feedback on client needs and trends
Participate in corporate accountability structure that includes; sales meetings, company-wide meetings, quarterly goals (rocks), issue identification and resolution, to-do?s resulting from issue resolution.
Travel is minimal, although attendance at trade shows is required
Experience and Skills
2 years in outbound B2B sales
Demonstrated competency in Microsoft Office environment including Excel, Word, Outlook
Bachelor?s degree preferred
To be successful in this position, individuals will be: self-motivated, well organized, verbally persuasive, customer focused, and results oriented.
