Full Charge Bookkeeper Job Opening in Dallas, Texas - We are seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper/Office Manager to perform accounting functions through trial balance along with other general office duties. This is a full time position that reports to the Owner and Project Manager. A successful candidate will have excellent organization and planning skills and is a take charge individual. The working environment is awesome!!!
Specific Responsibilities include:
MUST know how to execute conditional and unconditional waivers for payment
Record and pay accounts payable
Issue invoices and collect from customers
Calculate pay and issue payments to employees
Create financial statements and related financial reports
Run Weekly Payroll
Remit payroll taxes, sales taxes, use taxes, and income taxes
Account for fixed assets
Reconcile 2 bank accounts and 2 major credit cards
Collect information as needed for annual preparation of tax returns
Maintain a coherent system of accounts, with a supporting filing system
Monitor cash level
Some HR Responsibilities* (bilingual is a huge plus)
* Job Requirements:
2+ years? experience in the Construction industry
Extensive experience with an accounting software (Quickbooks and SAGE 100 Contractor)
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
Great communication skills with management, employees , vendors and customers
Must be detail oriented and extremely accurate

Salary: $42,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year
