Primary Responsibilities
Classifying bills and credit card charges to correct charge numbers
Reconcile credit card accounts
Enter expense reports
Assist with invoicing backup documents
Open and distribute mail
Filing accounting documents
Balance Sheet account reconciliations
Payroll Journal Entries
Accounting duties for Joint Ventures
Assist with month-end reporting
Perform Payroll responsibilities to include bi-weekly processing, posting to general ledger, reconciling monthly, quarterly and year-end payroll activities.
Monthly Project Cost reporting (budget to actual variances)
Cost accounting transactions and reporting
Overhead and Direct cost analysis
Prepares and records various accounting transactional data.
Invoicing
Accounts Payable
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field of study, or 3 years experience
QuickBooks software or other accounting software knowledge
Knowledge of Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statement
